Dale Jones is Ford Motor Credit Company vice president, Global Strategic Planning and Business Operations. He is responsible for coordinating the development of Ford Credit’s global strategic agenda; supporting delivery of key strategic initiatives worldwide; and facilitating the ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of competitive and industry developments. Prior to this position, Jones was vice president, North American Sales Operations. He joined Ford Credit in 1989 as a customer service representative in Oklahoma City, Okla. Since then, he has held a variety of positions in North America for Ford Credit including branch manager, district manager and business center director. He also has been director of U.S. Product Marketing and director of North America Service Center Operations. Jones holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from Oklahoma Baptist University.
