Joy Falotico is Ford Motor Credit Company vice president, U.S. Sales Operations. She is responsible for Ford Credit’s U.S. field sales team, dealer relations and retail pricing. Prior to this position, Falotico was vice president, Global Marketing. She joined Ford Credit in 1989 as a customer service representative in Kansas City, Mo. Since then, she has held numerous positions in North America for Ford Credit including branch manager, manager of North America Originations and director of North America Service Center Operations. In addition, Falotico has served as executive director, Global Operations, Technology and Risk Management and as a member of the board of Ford Credit Europe. Falotico holds a bachelor of science degree from Truman State University in Kirksville, Mo., and a master of business administration degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
