Credit Bureau Access

Eliminate Duplicate Entry. RouteOne offers you a wide variety of options for accessing credit reports within our platform. By obtaining your dealership account credentials from your credit bureau service provider, you can access credit bureau sources through the RouteOne platform! It gives you the flexibility you need, and eliminates duplicate entry. Enter the codes into RouteOne and begin pulling reports immediately.

DSP/DMS Integration

IP Blocking

Access to RouteOne is only provided to dealership users from a dealership approved IP address, helping prevent unauthorized access to sensitive customer data and additional security for your dealership.

Activity Alerts

Set security alerts for suspicious dealer employee activity within the RouteOne platform. An Activity Alert notifies dealerships of potentially suspicious dealership activity within the RouteOne platform, and provides detailed reports of activities.

Permissions

RouteOne allows you to set permissions that provide you, the Dealer System Administrator, with a high level of control to assign employee permissions and access to suit your business processes, control employee access to personal and confidential customer data, and control data sharing permissions with your finance sources – no one gets access unless you provide it.

The Active Dealer User Report aids your dealership in managing security and compliance by providing detailed information on RouteOne users and their RouteOne activity history within a dealership. The RouteOne Mobile Application allows your dealership to take the deal wherever your customer may be – in the showroom, at lunch, or in the office.
