WebApplyOne incorporates your web site leads directly into the RouteOne platform and allows your customers to submit applications for credit - saving you time and allowing you an, easier, more efficient and secure way to manage potential customers!

  • Email the WAO link to customers to obtain a secure and legible credit application
  • Embed the link into online, email or direct marketing campaigns
  • Ensure that online customers are ‘good customers’ prior to prepping for delivery
  • Add the URL to your email signature in your lead management tool

  • Sales personnel may complete a customer credit application at their desk
  • Application, signature and all RouteOne-generated documents can be stored for up to seven years using RouteOne’s document storage tool

How Will WebApplyOne Benefit You and Your Customers?

  • Credit applications are sent directly to RouteOne from ANY dealer website
  • WebApplyOne pre-fills the application, credit bureau request, IDOne verification screen, and/or Adverse Action notices
  • There are no additional login or website URLs to remember for application access
  • Email notification of ‘application received’ may be sent to up to three people in the dealership
  • WebApplyOne is available on a stand-alone basis or through a dealership’s current website provider
  • Phone and fax applications can be eliminated

Setup and Activation Instructions

  1. Log in to RouteOne, and navigate to ‘Admin’ -> ‘Premium Services’. Within the ‘WebApplyOne’ section, click on ‘Subscribe’ to begin the sign-up process.
  2. Complete the appropriate form based on the product to which you subscribed (‘Credit Application’ or ‘Lead’). Fax back to RouteOne Business Operations at 866-783-1329, or email to r1enrollment@routeone.com. a. If you wish to have a logo on the page, please email the logo to the email address provided above. Logo should be sized at 957 x 130 pixels, in .jpg format.
  3. Within two business days, a representative from RouteOne Business Operations will contact you with a URL. This URL may be placed on your dealership’s website.
  4. Upon accessing the URL, a customer may complete the form, and their data will be available in RouteOne’s Deal Manager and Lead Manager.
