Set-up and Activation Instructions

Associating (Adding) Finance Sources:

1. Mouse over the ‘Admin’ tab to view the secondary navigation (You must be a user with Administration permissions for this tab to be available).
2. Click the ‘Finance Sources’ link.
3. Click the Add Finance Source button. A list of all active RouteOne Finance Sources displays.
4. Choose the Finance Source you wish to add and check the ‘Share Data’ option. Checking the ‘Share Data’ check box will allow you to share aggregate, annonymous deal information with the selected Finance Source. RouteOne recommends selecting this option since shareing this information with your Finance Source allows them to better serve your dealership.
5. Choose the Finance Source you wish to add by clicking the 'Associate’ button.
6. Click Save Information at the bottom of the page.
7. Verify your Finance Source Association Requests. You should see the Finance Source that you just selected in the Finance Source table with a status of 'Requested'. When the Finance Source has associated your dealership the status will read 'Active'. This activation status can take up to several days. Repeat steps 1-4 for each Finance Source you wish to add.

Note: The dealership must have a pre-existing relationship with a Finance Source for an association within RouteOne can be made.
