This free tool allows dealers to visually assess their compliance at both a dealership and transactional level. The Dashboard may be accessed through the ‘Compliance’ tab, and will be accessible to those users with Compliance Manager access.
The Compliance Dashboard fits seamlessly into our suite of compliance tools, which include:
Through RouteOne, dealers may search for applications that require Adverse Action notices, and automatically create an Adverse Action notice for those applications. RouteOne will automatically populate the notice, generated as a .pdf within the system, with the appropriate customer information, at which time the notice is ready for immediate printing and mailing by the dealer. Additionally:
Dealers may print a Credit Score Disclosure Notice for every customer that requests an extension of credit (saving dealers time deciding which customers require a notice). Notices will be generated for the following:
1. Dealers pulling bureaus within RouteOne (credit score and consumer information will be automatically populated)
2. Dealers pulling bureaus outside of RouteOne (consumer information will be automatically populated and the system will invoke a pop-up window for dealer to enter the credit score information necessary to create the notice)
3. Consumers with no credit
Dealers may print the Credit Score Disclosure Notice after pulling a credit bureau score and track whether or not notices have been printed
Enjoy dealer-controlled data access - RouteOne allows you to set permissions that provide you a high level of control:
Access to RouteOne is only provided to dealership users from a dealership- approved IP address, helping prevent unauthorized access to sensitive customer data (please note: this requires a group agreement).
Activity Alert is a NO COST tool that notifies dealerships of potentially suspicious dealership activity within the RouteOne platform.
Active Dealer User Report aids in dealership security and compliance by providing detailed information on RouteOne users and their RouteOne activity history within a dealership.
Adverse Action
Dealers can automatically generate an Adverse Action notice from the RouteOne Deal Manager on any transaction by clicking the ‘Edit/More’ button and selecting ‘Create Adverse Action Notice.'
Risk-Based Pricing Solution
Dealers utilizing more than one credit bureau within RouteOne may select a default bureau that they wish to use to generate a CSDN. This selection is available within the ‘Admin’, tab under the ‘Dealer Info’ section. Setup must be performed by your Dealership System Administrator (DSA).
