Setup and Activation Instructions

Entering Credit Bureau Codes from Third Party Resellers in the RouteOne system
The purpose is to provide instructions to non-ADP and non-Reynolds dealers on how to load credit bureau codes from a third party reseller in the RouteOne system.

1. Log onto RouteOne and click on the Admin tab.
2. Click on the Credit Bureau/DSP tab.
3. Select Direct Access Powered by RouteOne and click on Continue.
4. Click on Associate Credit Bureau.
5. Select the credit bureau you would like to add. Click on the Add button.
6. Enter the various codes for the credit bureau you are adding. 

Be sure to set the status to Active. When done, click on the Add button.

Setting up ADP Credit Check codes in RouteOne

1. Click on the Admin tab. Note: Dealer must have Dealer System Administrator (DSA) privileges.
2. Click on Credit Bureau/DSP tab.
3. Click on Show Inactive DSPs.
4. For the DMS you would like to activate, change the status to Requested. Click on the Submit button to process changes.
5. Select OK to confirm changes.
6. Click on the Add/Edit Credit Bureau button.
7. Select ADP Credit Check from the pull-down menu. Click on Continue.
8. Click on Submit to confirm your selection.
9. Dealer is now active with ADP Credit Check and a request has been submitted to ADP Dealer Services.

Setting Up Reynolds CreditMaster Codes in RouteOne

1. If you have Dealership System Administrative (DSA) privileges, click on the Admin tab from any screen in the RouteOne system. Select Credit Bureau/DSP.
2. The screen below will appear showing your current Dealer System Provider and Credit Bureau configuration. Click on Add/Edit Credit Bureau to change your credit bureau provider.
3. If you do not have Reynolds ODS selected as your DMS, you will see this screen. Select R&R.
4. If you have selected Reynolds ODS as your DMS, you will see this screen. Select CreditMaster.
5. Enter your CreditMaster Number and Password in the required fields. If you do not know your CreditMaster Number and Password, please call CreditMaster/Credco at (800) 694-1414.
6. Click on Submit to save your CreditMaster configuration.
