Business Challenge

Several of the 95+ franchised dealerships in NavyArmy’s indirect lending program were eContracting with other finance sources and were only pulling out the paper contracts for NavyArmy business. Many dealers said eContracting improved their cash flow and reduced Contracts-in-Transit (CIT).

The Path to the Solution

eContracting implementation and adaptation went rather quickly for NavyArmy because of MeridianLink, their Loan Origination System (LOS). MeridianLink and several other leading LOSs are eContracting certified with RouteOne, meaning they completed the requirements for eContracting functionality and can easily onboard their lenders.    
 
RouteOne understands that not every customer has the resources to undergo a significant technical implementation. RouteOne also offers additional solutions to implement eContracting, like their DiscountOne product for finance sources eager to participate in eContracting, but currently unable to prioritize or staff a fully integrated eContracting solution.
