In addition, Feldman Automotive was seeking a better way to engage with customers before they entered the showroom, so they decided to ramp up their efforts with MaximTrak GOTM.

RouteOne’s Remote eSigning functionality provides dealers with the flexibility to electronically send ALL eSignable deal documents through RouteOne’s secure signing portal to a customer and capture signatures in one signing ceremony.

“We actually started using Remote eSigning sparingly in our stores years ago, between GM Shop-Click-Drive and out of state customers.” With the recent pandemic restrictions, “once we were allowed to start selling vehicles in the state of Michigan, we implemented using Remote eSigning immediately.”

MaximTrak GO™

MaximTrak GO converts a dealer’s menu into an interactive smart-phone presentation so you can send, show, and sell your products and packages. MaximTrak GO has been in the Feldman dealership since Q1 2020, and they started using it on Day 1.

“The process of being able to engage with the customer prior to them getting to the showroom or taking delivery has helped us move our penetration and get the conversation going with the customer quickly. This helps our delivery process and remain aware of the customer’s time.”
