Compliant' Versus 'Not Compliant' Deals
Please note that the Compliance Dashboard is not intended to serve as legal advice that your dealership is compliant with applicable legal and regulatory obligations; rather, it is only intended to be a tool to help your dealership manage compliance. The Compliance Dashboard is not a substitute for your dealership’s compliance counsel.
For each RouteOne compliance product, a deal may be either 'Compliant' or 'Not Compliant.' In order for a status to be 'Compliant' for a specific compliance product, your deal must meet at least one of the requirements in the list for that product. Deals will be 'Not Compliant' if they meet any of the scenarios listed for that specific compliance product.
