Shop-Click-Drive - Getting Started

To get started with Shop-Click-Drive within RouteOne, your Dealership System Administrator (DSA) must follow the instructions found in the three sections below.

As you move forward with these steps, you may notice that some or all of the steps may be completed already and that no additional action may be required. If that’s the case, you may proceed directly to the second guide which covers the steps to setup the RouteOne rules engine.

  • Finance source association to a participating Shop-Click-Drive finance source
    • Confirm your relationship with a participating Shop-Click-Drive finance source – Ally, GM Financial, or Wells Fargo. If you have a relationship with any one of these three finance sources, you may proceed.
      • To view your active finance sources, click the ‘New App’ tab to confirm your association.
  • Add credit bureau subscription codes
    • Load your credit bureau subscriber codes into RouteOne. Codes can be obtained from your credit bureau provider(s) by following the instructions found in the ‘Managing Credit Bureau’ guide, here.
      • Please note that your provider may be a credit bureau reseller (NCC or ProCredit), and not the credit reporting agency itself (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax).
  • Set up your Vehicle Values subscription
    • Subscribe to Kelley Blue Book, NADA, or BlackBook vehicle values by following the instructions found in the ‘Subscribing to Vehicle Values’ guide, here.
