Welcome to RouteOne

RouteOne is the exclusive credit aggregation and eContracting platform for Mazda Financial Services (MFS). RouteOne is here to support you and ensure you have a seamless and expedited journey doing business through RouteOne.

Update your RouteOne Electronic Dealer Participation Agreement

In addition to the eContracting eDPA you may have recently accepted, it is important that you complete this new MFS Online Credit Application eDPA or you will not be able to receive consumer applications in your RouteOne Dealer Manager from the Mazda website until you accept the new eDPA.

All you need to do is have your dealerships Dealer System Administrator (DSA) log into the RouteOne platform and fill out our Dealer Participation Addendum Agreement. See the simple steps below.

  1. Have your DSA Click the eDPA link below; this will take them to the RouteOne login page:

Click here to sign the eDPA

  2. Your DSA needs to log into RouteOne

  3. The DSA agrees to the Dealer Participation Addendum Agreement
